Kristy Falkenstein is a 200 hour Yoga Teacher with several fitness certifications. Including, Trauma Informed Yoga, AFAA Group Fitness, NASM Personal Trainer, Silver Sneakers formats, Barre Above and Tribe Team training. She focuses on gentle yoga and fitness classes. She Incorporates proven stress relieving practices, such as yoga nidra and breathwork.

I have 3 dogs. Their names are Chubbins, Mhiko and Mojo
I also have 3 brothers, one of which i found on 23 & Me in 2024
My favorite foods are seafood and pizza.

I am originally from Wisconsin dairy farm country,
